"Expect the Unexpected" Junior's session

The ESID meeting is coming closer! Due to the huge success and great feedback we are working on the fourth edition of the Juniors Workshop: Pitfalls in PID. Expect the Unexpected. 

In the last years we have not only had very interesting cases, great presentations, outstanding moderators, terrific expert panels but also exciting discussions that were generated around them.

If you are an ESID Junior member we would like to invite YOU to send us an interesting case and give you the opportunity to present and discuss it with a top expert panel during our interactive workshop!

If you are working on a career in primary immunodeficiencies this will be an excellent opportunity to update your knowledge and learn from leaders in the field who see and manage patients from the whole spectrum of primary immunodeficiency.

Last but not least the presenters of the selected cases will also benefit from a FREE REGISTRATION (or reimbursement) to the ESID meeting 2019!!!

Don´t wait any longer and submit your case (esid.admin@kenes.com) by May 31st! 

Submission instructions: Please submit a maximum of  5 slides summarizing the clinical case. Additionally, a one-page abstract in word can be added to include extra information that can be helpful in evaluating the case.

Criteria for Applicants:

  • Be or become a ESID junior member
  • Instructive/challenging case of PID (or suspected PID)

Youth Hostels

Here are four nice youth hostels in the center of Brussels, each at about 10-15 min walking distance from the meeting venue. Detailed information can be found on the websites.
